Dr. David Salibian

Dr. David Salibian is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized, high-quality dental care near Watertown. Originally drawn to medicine, he chose dentistry for its unique blend of science, artistry, and relationship building. Known for his kindness and attention to detail, he makes every dental visit a comfortable and positive experience.

After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Since then, he has become a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology and has also served as a dental educator at Tufts and Forsyth Dental Hygiene School.

Outside of work, Dr. Salibian enjoys skiing, running, and playing basketball with his son. He and his wife, Dr. Nayiri Ajoian, have two children and love spending time as a family, whether it’s outside exploring or inside watching Netflix.

Dr. Nayiri Ajoian

Dr. Nayiri Ajoian brings warmth, expertise, and a lifelong passion for healthcare to every appointment. Inspired by the “magic” of her first pair of glasses as a child, she knew from an early age she wanted to help others see their world more clearly.

After studying at Northeastern University and UMass, she earned her doctorate from the New England College of Optometry, graduating with clinical honors.

Afterward, she completed training at multiple leading institutions, including VA centers and surgical clinics, focusing on ocular disease, pediatrics, and cosmetic contact lenses. Dr. Ajoian is certified in orthokeratology and scleral lenses and stays current with ongoing education through symposiums, workshops, seminars, and conferences.

A devoted mother of two, she enjoys ski trips, spending time by the ocean, and staying connected to her family through crafting, movies, TV shows, and staying active.

Dr. Talish Aghababayan

Dr. Talish Aghababayan is a detail-oriented and compassionate optometrist who specializes in low vision care and primary eye health. Our Watertown patients appreciate her thorough, personalized approach and her dedication to helping people of all ages achieve better vision and comfort.

How Can We Help You?

At EyeSmile Optometry & Dental Care of Belmont, we know how much convenience means to you and your family. Being able to treat both your smile and your eyes under one roof can make a significant difference in how much time you can save. Whether it’s orthodontics or emergency dentistry, tooth replacement, dry eye relief, specialty contact lenses for myopia, or treatment for a “floater,” we have everything you need, without any referrals required. Click on the images below to discover more about our comprehensive services and how we can help.

I Want to Straighten Smile

Using Invisalign Clear Aligners, Dr. Salibian can help straighten your teeth so they no longer appear crooked, crowded, or filled with gaps. These customized trays are equally helpful when addressing all types of bite misalignment (i.e., overbite, underbite, crossbite, and an open bite). Since treatment is fully customized and tailored for teenagers and adults, you and your loved ones can pursue orthodontic treatment without the fear of bulky metal brackets and wires.

I am Missing 1 or More Teeth

Addressing tooth loss requires choosing a replacement method that will restore and rebuild your smile. This can be accomplished with custom dental bridges, dentures, or dental implants near Watertown. Depending on your budget and preference, as well as the status of your oral and overall health and jawbone density, we will help you select the option that is right for you. While dental bridges and dentures eventually require replacement, dental implants can potentially last 30+ years, making them a popular and worthwhile investment.

I Am in Pain & Need Help

When a dental injury occurs, you don’t want to have to wait for help. This is why our office encourages you to call and schedule a visit with our emergency dentist near Watertown. We’ll provide a same-day appointment after discerning the severity of the issue. Once in the treatment chair, we’ll help you out of pain before executing the treatment plan to improve the problem area and restore your smile to its former, pre-injured self.

I Need Help with Dry Eye Management

If you are struggling to produce enough tears to keep your eyes moist, you may have dry eyes, which can become problematic over time. While this condition can be caused by several things, Dr. Ajoian can use our Corneal Mapping System to measure your tear film. This layer of coverage for the outer part of the eye keeps your tears from evaporating and causing dry eye. She may also suggest eye lubricants (drops) that help reduce inflammation, encourage tear production, and keep your eyes moist.

I Need Myopia Treatment

Living with nearsightedness can be troubling, especially if you’re always straining to see, squinting, developing headaches, or feeling fatigued each time you get behind the wheel. Known as myopia, this condition is becoming more prominent among younger patients and adults; however, our team can address these issues with specialty contact lenses. Designed to manage the symptoms caused by myopia, various contacts and eyeglasses can be used to improve your ability to see and your overall quality of life.

I Need Help with Eye Disease Management

There are many different eye diseases our team can treat, some of which include floaters or flashes, “lazy eye,” strabismus, ocular allergies, computer vision syndrome, myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia. Dr. Ajoian and our team are well-versed in each of these areas and are capable of recommending the appropriate treatment options to improve sight while also minimizing symptoms. Instead of continuing to suffer and having your blurred vision keep you from enjoying life, our experts are here to make sure you walk away with a clear path in front of you.
